Q. What if my parcel has not arrived?
A. If you have the tracking number you can check where it is online with the courier, or you can call us on 01752 814926 and we will track the parcel for you.
Q. My Parcel has arrived, but the item is damaged.
A. Please email our returns department at: cloudninetoys22@gmail.com, with the subject returns, please attach a photo of the damage and the packaging it was received in, claims for damages need to be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the goods.
Q. I am struggling to order the item I want through your website.
A. No Problem, call our shop on 01752 814926 and we can process an order over the telephone, or alternatively email us with details of what you want to purchase on cloudninetoys22@gmail.com giving us a contact number and we can call you back to confirm the order and take payment.
Q. I don't like paying online.
A. No problems just call us on 01752 814926 and we can arrange another payment method.
Q. I want a toy gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, but I don't want them to see the invoice.
A. No problem, we can post receipts to you and not put any cost information in with the gift parcel.
Q. Is the message inside the greeting cards printed or handwritten??
A. All your messages are handwritten into the greetings cards to ensure the personal touch (Yes, our card writer has lovely handwriting)
